  1. Do I have to be home for delivery?
    No, our contracted delivery drivers will leave the package by the front door or wherever instructed. Our drivers do not collect any payments at the time of delivery. All items are discreetly packaged so your privacy is protected.

  2. How much does delivery cost?
    Home delivery is calculated based upon the order size and delivery method chosen. Click on Payment & Delivery Options in the left side menu to view the delivery menthods and pricing. FedEx Ground is the lowest cost option and is our recommended method since it is also very quick and reliable. Feel free to call us at 800-563-0161 for any questions or quotes on international shipping.

  3. How long until I receive my delivery?
    You will receive an order confirmation detailing the expected delivery date. Most orders will ship the same day they are received. Estimated delivery time is 1 day for the Midwest, 3 days on the East Coast & 4 days for the West Coast.

    We normally ship with FedEx Home Delivery (Ground) and use the Postal Service-Parcel Post for deliveries to P.O. boxes in the continental U.S. For deliveries outside the continental U.S. or for faster delivery please call 800-563-0161 for a custom quotation. Thanks.

    Yes, we can ship to Mexico. You will need to call us from 8 to 5 Central time, Monday through Friday to receive a quotation on the shipping charges OR email us at info@northshorecare.com with your postal code and items you are interested in ordering. Unfortunately, our website can not calculate international shipping at this time. Thanks!

  12. Once I have placed my order how do I track shipping progress?
    Usually you will get an email from FedEx Ground with the tracking number and link to follow progress unless your items drop-ship from one of our suppliers. If this is the case, then please contact us at 800-563-0161 or info@northshorecare.com for the tracking info.

    For Visa, Mastercard and Discover you will use the last three numbers stamped in black on the back of the card in the signature area. For AMEX you will use the four digit code on the front of the card just above the card number, usually on the right side of the card.
