Name of Movie
I am trying to think of a movie I saw years ago. I can't remember the actor or actress, but it was about a gentleman who met a young girl in the park. She then disappeared and he saw her again a short time later, but she had grown considerably. A beautiful love story.........the actor was someone along the lines of Robert Young, but I can't remember. It is driving me crazy!!!! Can anyone help? |

A shot in the dark, but could the movie be "Roman Holiday" starring Gregory Peck and Audrey Hepburn?? Gregory Peck meets Audrey Hepburn while she is sleeping on a park bench, but she is fully grown by then. Just a wild guess. |

I agree - Portrait of Jenny, starring Jennifer Jones, Joseph Cotten and Ethel Barrymore. This movie makes a great double feature with The Ghost and Mrs. Muir (Rex Harrison and Gene Tierney) |

The movie is Portrait of Jennie a 1948 movie with Jennifer Jones and Joseph Cotten. I also love this movie.it is on DVD. |
