scent of night games

Your silent glance utters
skin ripples
exploding on
a threshold
burning fierce
like dramatic
membranes of context
intoxicated cartoons
crowd
my thoughts
drooling
in this muted room
“keep reading” words
are
slow
pleasant
torture
woman fears
advance to psalms of
interpretation
I no longer
can sustain
this playbill
mind journey
to powerful

I know you might
be breathing
sinking
sinking
into pulse
but oh, I so love
the intensity
of
this
orange
lake
where
fireflies know wind
from whence it blows
passing out
a fixated
by the lingering sound of
you skipping stones
of summer’s womb

does this exaggeration
numb your lips on mine?
can you feel me close
melting
memory of a dying way of life
reincarnating the feel of immortality
you
touch
me with blue sky ways
spiritual
reflections late at night

there you are
in the panic room of
flawless memory
heart filled
anthropologist of kindness
anticipation
to thirst

waning misfortune
sneaking through madness
eating my signature
scribbling passion
on paper thin skin
forbidden

summon rendezvous
where we see mountains
in the distance
I know you do
drifting through air
into our
feeding
frenzied
fingers

beneath moss
of silence
lay truth about time
dripping
drug
of
love

lavendar & thyme

I want to live forever
in
your
soul
where
heaven’s eyes
are constant
