Lebanon school day details:
Schedule –
Stations from 9am to 1:30pm in 25 minute intervals. After a short break for organization we offer a skirmish at 1:30pm. Lunch break is from 12noon to 12:30pm.
Stations – We will arrange as many stations as we can in a semi-circle on the battlefield this year. The demos in the existing camps need to be located near the east side of the camps if possible. There will be duplicates in the following categories:
Artillery
Medical
Infantry
Cavalry
Civilian Life
Period Dance
Period Fashion
Music
War Reporting
Skirmish – Anyone coming to camp on Thursday will be asked to
participate in the skirmish. Campers that can get there by 1pm on Friday will also be encouraged to participate. Duration of the skirmish is projected to be :30 minutes. You could easily show up at 1, suit up, skirmish and then set your camp.
Support services – The following are jobs that need volunteers.
Garbage crew(s) all 3 days.
Greeters on Friday (will hand out the discount coupon to the kids.)
Money collectors on Friday
Camp clean up – Sunday
