I don't recall the Bob and Ray parody that you mentioned, but, I would imagine that they had fun with it, and they probably did a good job with it, too.

I remember a parody from a Hawaii Radio commercial of Charlie Chan from about 25 years ago... where Charlie says Number one son's name should be Smuckers, he sees a pretty girl and his legs turn to jelly and, also a line from the same commercial Charlie says to Number One Son...Knowledge is like a full cup, but in your case the cup is cracked.

This was a commercial for a small shopping mall by Aloha Stadium not far from Pearl Harbor .
