Thanks, Claudia. I wouldn't have ever thought that this could happen. Especially in a hospital. When I was in the hospital last December I insisted that I administer my own insulin with my own syringes as I use animal insulins. I was very surprised when they didn't have any objection. I also had my other meds with me and was allowed to take them myself also.
If you are able, insist that you take care of your own meds. |
