I have now rejoined the land of the living, so I wanted to take a moment to say thanks.
It was great to see all the racers and spectators that came out for a beautiful weekend! Thanks to all that came from near and far. Especially from a far. It is always cool to see the license plates from Missouri and Ohio.
Huge Thanks to all the Volunteers and my committee heads. Nothing would have ever happened without all of you. The running joke is that, "these things run themselves." That is definitely just a joke. It is all of you that make it happen.
To the sponsors. The races would not happen year after year and would not experience any growth without the sponsors. Our hats are definitely off to all that donated to us.
I would like to give special thanks an individual that was there to help keep me focused and who will be taking it over next year. Mr. Mark Travis was the assistant marshal this year and will be the marshal for 2009. He and I worked hand in hand this year and he will need you all again in 2009.
Here's to MFCKR 2009!
