I dropped by Shirley yesterday. Did not fish but drove by the ramp. The water is up but not quite full yet. I would assume it is fishable although there was still snow in the parking lot. I did see a set of tire tracks going into the water. I hope this snow on Thursday does not set us back as far as fishing goes.
