I am also interested in being part of a Publish America Class Action Law Suit. Let me know what you hear or find out. They lied from the very first day. Now they are threting me. --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- Replying to: Hello:
I was doing research on the web to find out if anyone was attempting to start a class action suit against PublishAmerica and ran across your article, which is couple of months old. I have a book stuck in limbo on the lists of countless booksellers, as a POD and a second one that will be released this year I assume. PA is charging 19.95 on its site and the booksellers have it listed as 24.95. It is a paperback, worth less than half that much and no one has bought it, I'm certain, except my relatives and friends.
I have figured out, though it took me long enough to admit, that we are the customers for PA: the authors. PA is a scam outfit and author mill. The fact is I would just as soon post my works free on the web. My question is this "is there, in fact, a serious effort to bring about a class action suit against PublishAmerica, and if, so can I join it?" |
