Message:   I shouldn't waist any petrol going to Collier Street this weekend. In this weeks Speedway Star there is no mention whatsoever of the Bonfire Burnup taking place at all. You will se by my earlier letter on this site asking the Tonbridge Club for some statement. I think it is a shame that nobody is available to at least tell the suporters of the sport that no Burnup is on this week. Speculative rumours that are floating around are doing no good for the club or the sport in general. One can only hope that, what ever is going on behind the scenes, any problems can be resolved quickly for everybodys sake. Ray Marks.
