That would be the Armstrong Dairy that was formerly part of Meudon. the Armstrongs closed down the dairy operation in the 1980's, but still live there on several acres of the old Meudon estate. Sobin's book arose out of his PhD dissertation and is one of the only books out there to enumerate the reasons for the decline of the Gold Coast. It's well written, but a little dry. -GCH |
