Message:		I'd need to review the records of the child and mother to be sure, and also conduct interviews, but MBP is a possibility. Alternatively, the mother--like some others I have met--may be overanxious and unduly cautious, and/or she may have idiosyncratic beliefs about foods that may have been reinforced at the health food store. MBP wouldn't apply in those situations.
