Subject:		Sister-n-law with Munchausen AND Munchausen by Proxy??

Message:		Just wanting someone else's opinion... I believe my brothers wife has both munchausen and MBP - Since I have known her, less than 3 yrs, she has had 16 or so "illnesses" or "accidents"... broken bones that the doctors don't do anything for.. Passes out ALL the time!!... Amnesia... female problems... ecoli.... the list goes on and on!!! Of course she has been to the hospital a ton of times and they are never able to find anything wrong! And now, I'm afraid she is making things up about my niece! She said my niece stoped breathing in the middle of the night & b/c of that this poor 3 yr. old spent over a week in the hospital being tortured with all these test, only to find nothing is wrong! And now a few months after my sister-n-laws latest "illness" my niece is now having seizures all the time, but no body ever sees them but her! She again has my niece in the hospital and the doctors have found nothing wrong! I'm really worried about her, but especially my niece & brother any advice would be helpful! Thanks Emm
