Message:		How does someone get diagnosed? If she can lie about the disease processes, she can lie about this. So, can one be diagnosed by mere concrete facts? For instance, could medical records alone suffice in the diagnosis? I should mention that she is a practicing nurse. Thanks for your quick response.
