Loss of a beautiful angel
I have recently lost a beautiful baby girl Caitlyn Michelle to TTTS. Thankyou so much for this wonderful website. I live in country WA (near Bunbury) and support, information etc is a little hard to comeby. I hope to gain new friends who have experienced similar heartache. I am lucky that our surviving twin Hayley Madison is doing extremely well. I am in the early stages of coping with Hayley only 6 weeks old. Unfortunately we didnt know that we were suffering from TTTS until too late. Caitlyn died 10 days before she was born. Hope to keep in touch Lana |

Re: Loss of a beautiful angel
Hi Lana, I am so sorry to hear about your angel, Caitlyn. I hope that you find the support you need through our group. We have all suffered through a pregnancy tainted with TTTS, all with different outcomes. Hayley is a very special, little girl and I hope that she continues to grow so well. My survivor, Mitchell is a never ending supply of surprises, I'm sure Hayley will be that for you. Lots of hugs, Vicki --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- Replying to: I have recently lost a beautiful baby girl Caitlyn Michelle to TTTS. Thankyou so much for this wonderful website. Hi Lana, I'm so sorry to hear that you lost your little daughter to TTTS, you must be going through a difficult time right now, being so close to the birth, and my thoughts are with you. I'm happy to hear that your survivor is doing so well, though, she must be a real little miracle baby. Keep in touch, Linda |

I am sorry to hear about your loss, I too lost a daughter Brooke Hayley due to TTTS 9 years ago and only found out when they were born. This is the first time I have actually been able to get any information about the condition after all this time. My daughters were identical and it can be a blessing and a curse. You will find Birthdays a box of mixed emotions as you will be grieving and celebrating. I found I could only cope by visiting Brooke the day before as it was too emotional for me and I didn't want to spoil it for Ashleigh Birthday. I also have a sister who also lost a twin before she was born so I have a least her that I can share my feelings with, although we have only truely done this once and had a big bawl about everything. Hope you find a friend who is close to your area for support. --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- Replying to: I have recently lost a beautiful baby girl Caitlyn Michelle to TTTS.
