Births!!!!
Hi Everyone, Trey and Deuce were born at 6:24 & 6:25pm on Feb. 25th by c- section. Trey(donor) 1lb 111/2oz 13inches in length and Deuce(recieptent) 2lbs 51/2 ozs and 13inches in length. Both entered into the world screaming and kicking. Both are on vents at the moment, but nurses are decreasing amounts fairly quickly. Color of both are good. The decision to deliver was so hard, we hope it is the right one. It all started this morning with a 9:00am u/s, it showed donor had no diastolic flow again, another was ordered for 4:00, and it too was the same. We just couldn't continue with the poorest outlook, we felt it was time to put them in the hands of the nicu. The peri said Donor Baby's cord was attached to membranes instead of the placenta. These babies are sooooo sweet and beautiful!!!! We pray we made the right decision for them. I am so in love with them already!! I really would love to hear from you. Thank you!!!! Sincerely, Debbie

Hi Debbie, Congratulations on the births of Trey and Deuce! I hope that your son and daughter-in-law are doing well and that things aren't too traumatic for them. It is a scary time for all of you at the moment but I am sure the boys are in the best of hands. Keep us informed of their progress. Love and hugs, Vicki PS Sorry I haven't replied for the last couple of days but I have had one sick boy. Ben appeared to have appendicitis on Sunday night so that meant a stay in hospital. He recovered just before they were to operate so we are now playing a wait and see game. --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- Replying to: Hi Everyone, |
