TODAY AT LEDBURY
i dont no how to start this but to day at ledbury was good and bad , the fans had a nice time and found the people very nice the food was good the beer went down well , but as for the game , it ended 4-3 to evesham the goos side was mark owen got his first hat trick , danie lenon played fantastic and was man of the match the first half ended on a high with every player worth his place on the pitch we were very happy , the start of the game was funny as there was only a ref and 1 linesman good old mervin collins stood in again, now the second half , as the game went on things got more and more scrapier , at times it looked like 2 pub team on the pitch , evesham sat back and let ledbury score , mark owen compleated his hat trick with a great goal from the left giving the keeper no chance and then the fire works began the ledbury keeper did the right thing and watched and simon fitter layed on the floor having treatment after a nasty tackal but the rest hudled together hitting each other with there handbags , the ref stood there blowing his wistle but hay who cares , after it died down it was the ref who was the best man on the pitch , he desided to call the managers together and alowed them to talk to there players and every one was left on the pitch to compleat the game , hope this is not the way forward this season we can not afford to loose players fighting i think i speak for every one including westy and the whole team , to the players keep your head it is harder to walk away than to punch another person but they will be the one who looses concentration not you let the ref deal with it , i no its hard but its the only way . see you all next week .. |
