Message:		Dear Robin, Leave. Now. The only person who can control you -- who is controlling you -- is y o u. Just because he thinks he is in charge doesn't mean he is. You are smart enough to know that what I am saying is true. The only power the man has is what you let him have. Grab hold and take it back!! Find a shelter or get out of town and move into a motel until you figure out what to do. Stay with a friend if you have to, but pick one that puts distance between you and that twisted coward.. Hard? Yes. Impossible? No. Hundreds -- hopefully thousands -- of people who were being abused by "loved ones" who got OUT. Did they have money? No. Were they scared? Yes. Did their hearts beat like hammers and their palms get wet? Yes. Are they sorry they left? NO. Get your things together. Got to be times when he sleeps soundly. Passes out? Whatever.
