TOUR 2007 :: 20-23 JULY
Hi All, We are having to arrange the tour slightly different this year. Last year I could make the hotel booking and pay on arrival but this year I will need to pay it up front. As this is the case you will need to confirm your interest and handover the hotel dosh as a deposit for your place on tour. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE! PLEASE LET ME KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! apattie@hotmail.co.uk 07814 483737 01837 840343 Those playing for the club this season have preference but some of you in the email list who came last year and are not around this year can still let me know you are interested. I will keep you in the standby list until I have heard from all current players. Hopefully see some of you tonight but weather does not look good! Regards Andrew |

We are again visiting our friends in Hampshire this year with the following fixtures arranged. Fri 20 - IBM (evening game) Sat 21 - Golf and possibly something else, ideas would be good (karting/paintballing) Sun 22 - Old Eldonians Mon 23 - Return The hotel that we stayed in last year has changed their policy we cannot pay on arrival but have to pay when booking. As a result we are going to have to collect a deposit from everyone that is interested in going on tour by 10 JULY 2007. We will be collecting £70 (hotel accommodation is £66 per person for the 3 nights). Once I have got all the money in I will then pay and book the hotel in full. On top of this charge will be the transport and going on last year it should be roughly £30 per person. Please can you let me know that you are definitely going on tour as soon as possible so that we can get the ball rolling. Thanks again, Andrew |
