organic aqua culture

I come from the Philippines and our company has developed possibly the world's first truly organic aqua feeds. The ingredients are processed non-pathogenic manures of livestock fed with Atovi feed premix.

In over a year of actual trials and tests the following results were consistently attained:
1. growing periods of tilapia and bangus were
reduced by at least a month;
2. growing periods of vannamei shrimps and prawns
remained the same but livability rates increased
tremendously
3. at certain stocking density levels use of com-
mercial feeds was completely eliminated; only
natural algae and planktons were consumed
4. water quality of polluted ponds were restored
and improved thereby doing doing away with pond
cleaning and preparation giving an additional
harvest per year
5. superior quality of meat, texture and taste with
out the normal fishy smell

In short the we have increased the productivity of the aqua farms, increased the profit of the farmers, eliminated the costly and unsustainable use of commercial feeds, restored and maintained or improved the marine ecosystem while producing truly organic and natural aquatic animals.

Re: organic aqua culture

Well done. You will find that what you are doing does not reflect any organic aquaculture standards at present in existance. You are way ahead of the game and your products will indeed be far superior to those produce from within present organic aquaculture systems.
