Pretty good news today! The CC Tumor Board met and recommended that the powerful chemo drug Avastin should be administered. Dr. Ahluwalia looked Joanne right in the eye and between PH and me, we both knew she assented to the treatment. I signed digitally in her name right away. She had her first IV session immediately. She'll get them every it her week then another MRI.
This was good news because it was all contingent on the amount of "fight" the Dr could see in Joanne and he saw an improvement over last week. This is due to the angel therapists at Always Best Care.
