Back in the '70's I watched a movie on television about a woman living in a large house, a rose garden she tended to and the most thrilling part about this movie was: a young woman was buried alive outside and the only person who heard her was the woman that lived there and everyone thought she was crazy! I cannot remember the name of the movie, but it seems to me the woman that heard the cry's was Bette Davis.

Hi Janet - I wonder if youa re still reading this! A friend of mine today asked the very same question you did here, and I looked at your query hoping for a reply but could not see any.
Well - I searched high and low, and I think I have found the movie in question. The woman is not Bette David, but Olivia de Haviland and the movie is a 1972 made for tv called The Screaming Woman
