I would love a paperback version (not a Kindle) but they are like 50 U.S. dollars here in Holland, that's just crazy.

If you are able to buy paperback version, would you be willing to order one for me and send it over to Holland? Needless to say I will fully compensate for all costs.

The book is called "Puma". The author is Thomas Braun. You can find it on Amazon if you search ISBN 9783848213696 It appears that all of the $5 books have sold out, and Amazon has increased the price substantially.
