I think teachers need to sort themselves out sometimes. When people misbehave in lessons i think teachers should take the time to find out why rather then just handing out detentions. Although some people just talk and misbehave for the sake of it but some people may be having a hard tym wiv stuff which needs to be sorted...

also i rekon that teachers should try to empathise with the sudents more, most of the time they only seem to see it from their own point of veiw and neva consider whats going on inside their heads...

Basically Teachers need to pay more attention to the sudents feelings, but also treat them more like individuals rather than just another pupil..
