For any members who might be interested in a walk over of the September 29th Boy Scout
Oregon Trail Council event to be held on the Wildish property near Springfield. This will be a
Living History event for the Scouts at their Jamboree. We will meet at the Wilsonville Denny's at 10:00 AM on Saturday, June 16th for those coming from that direction. E-mail either me or Scott Ingalls for a map and written directions to the site. The walk over will start at noon and last until 2:00 PM. The Scout Coordinator is Mr. Doug Wade ... 541-688-6456 (home) ... 541-914-1667 (cell) ... doug.s.wade@gmail.com. There is a gate to this property. If no one is present at the gate then open it and follow the road past the pond to the event site.
One more thing ... As Chairperson of the Event Planning Committee I would really like to
have someone to coordinate this event for the NCWC. I have been doing this so far but I will
not be able to attend the walk through on June 16th. Please contact Steve Betschart to help
