No. 10. Entertainer Nikki Minaj stepped up her effort to help college kids with their tuition – by paying the bills of several lucky fans.

No. 9. Redbox CEO Galen Smith reveals company plans to add a total of 1,500 new DVD kiosks across the US, and will add even more of them in 2018.

No 8. Ian Brady [Ian Duncan Stewart], British serial killer (Moors Murders), dies in prison at 79.

No 7. Guy Ritchie's newest film "King Arthur: Legend Of The Sword," flops at the box office. Pulling just $14.7 million this past weekend, the film cost $175 million to make.

No 6. Madeleine Albright, 1st female U.S. Secretary of State (1997-2001), born in Prague, Czechoslovakia, and Trini Lopez [Tinidad Lopez], American singer and guitarist (If I Had a Hammer), born in Dallas, Texas, celebrated their 80th birthdays (although not together).

No. 5. People across the nation celebrate the 77th National Nylon Stocking Day, commemorating the day the Dupont Corp. began selling these immediately popular items.

No. 4. The massive cyber-attack known as “WannaCry” that effected more than 300,000 computers in 150 countries, begins to stabalize.

No 3. Russian President Vladimir Putin has condemned North Korea's latest missile launch, but warns against “intimidating” Pyongyang.

No. 2. Penzance police (United Kingdom) received reports of the theft of the traditional red letterbox from the area of Higher Trenowin, Nancledra, Penzance. The crime came after the door on a red telephone box at the top of Market Jew Street, Penzance, was ripped off. And, No 1. The first time, since its inception, Rush Glick’s: The Charlie Chan Family Home, website was down ending a 17-year run of uninterrupted (unless rescheduled) Monday night Chats and Chan movie viewing. Efforts are underway to ensure this tragedy will never-ever happen again.

Well, sir, out of the ashes we will at least continue our chain of WEEKS of Chat Evenings as we will be holding our "Treasure Island" evening tomorrow evening! Of course, this is barring any further web host glitches!!!

Rush, I doubt there are many other websites in the cosmos, that can make that claim of approximately 900 weeks, running! Hope to stop in tomorrow, if only for a short while.
