WE BEGIN OUR EVENING at 7:30 Eastern Time with a 45-minute time for arrivals and greetings. During this time, we also have the opportunity to engage in open dialogue along with one or more “extras” (Thank you so much, as always, Hawaii Steve!) that relate in some way to our feature presentation. Then, at precisely 8:15 ET, we begin our feature film simultaneously starting our personal or online copies of this week’s feature!
THIS WEEK’S PRESENTATIONS: “The Sweater” and “The Noble Art of Murder” (each 1958; 25 minutes)
FEATURE INTRODUCTIONS:
“The Sweater”: in Amsterdam, a famous clothing designer accidentally sells a commissioned sweater to the wrong person. When the owner of the sweater is found dead Charlie Chan takes on the case.
“The Noble Art of Murder”: In Brussels, Barry Chan participates in a French sabot boxing match. After Barry knocks out his opponent, it is announced that the downed fighter is dead. Charlie Chan must prove that his son is not guilty of murder.
