Some of you who have been posting and reading messages here for a while may remember Ed Kasprowicz. He was an early active participant on these message boards, especially Kurt's Charlie Chan Message Board. Ed loved to discuss Chan material, and anything else related to mystery movies.

Over the Christmas holiday I learned that Ed had unexpectedly passed away last summer after a brief illness.

Rest in peace, Ed. I will miss our friendship and discussions.

I am saddened to hear the news of Ed's passing. I recall well his many posts, especially on Kurt's board, and he was certainly one of the Charlie Chan "Core" of Board participants. His insights and lively personality will be sorely missed by all.

May Ed rest in peace, and may his family and friends be comforted in this time of great loss.

A true loss. Ed was one of the originals. I remember his posts. He loved trains and railroadiana as well as our favorite detective.
