Tonight's Chat/Film Viewing: "Charlie Chan in Paris"

This evening, our Monday Night Chat/Film Viewing features "CHARLIE CHAN IN PARIS." In this film, number one son, Lee, makes his first "official" appearance. (The Chans' eldest son was seen in other movies, played by other actors. In "Charlie Chan Carries On," he is called Henry, and in "Charlie Chan's Greatest Case," his name is Oswald, played by Frank Tang.)

We begin, as is our custom, at 8:00 p.m., Eastern Time with arrivals and greetings. Thirty minutes later, we begin rolling our personal copies of "PARIS," thus allowing us to view this film together. At the picture progresses, we have the opportunity to discuss the on-screen happenings, or anything else desired. If you do not happen to have a copy of this movie available to watch, please join with us anyway, as you WILL BE INCLUDED in our ongoing dialog! Also, newcomers are always offered a most honored spot at our humble table...

Our Chat Room is located right here at our Charlie Chan Family Home. Please use any of the "Chat Room" links to join in on the fun!

Please have an enjoyable Monday, and hopefully we will see you this evening...

Sincerely,
Rush Glick

Re: Tonight's Chat/Film Viewing: "Charlie Chan in Paris"

Just want to thank you, Rush, for the Chan picture in my e-mail tonight, and to appologize for missing the chat tonight. We had a medical emergency this afternoon with my husband's mother. She's an 87 y/o doll. A real sweetie. One of two, actually, as she's a twin. Looks like all is going to be alright, brought her home with me, just in case. Anyway, I was too late to watch the movie with you all tonight. Maybe another time. Keep the pictures coming, though. I always enjoy anything "Chan". And thankyou to everyone else who was so kind and patient with me last week. I really enjoyed the visit.

Re: Tonight's Chat/Film Viewing: "Charlie Chan in Paris"

I enjoyed the time last night with everyone. I hope to join you again each week but it will probably be only for about 30 minutes or so. Since moving my shift to 4 am, I've been trying to focus more time with the family especially with my wife. So basically when she comes home is when I will probably leave. There are other reasons too but more of a personal nature.
