I'm never sure of my memory anymore, but isn't today Marie's birthday? I'm kind of sliding in on Virginia's coattails here - she is the one who really remembered. Even if I didn't hit it right on the button, I want to tell Marie how much I appreciate her - well then I guess I should do it.

I want to tell you how much I appreciate you and your willingness to allow us to invade your life by allowing us Monday nights with Rush. When I add to that what I know of the adoption of Sarah and the way Rush and now Sarah obviously love and respect you, I feel like I already know quite a bit about you. I am so sorry you have chicken pox on your birthday, but I know you well enough to know that you consider that a small price to pay for the gift of Sarah.

June is a very big month for our little family, with three important days appearing in the month of June. First, marie's birthday just happened, on the 10th. Next, we have little Sarah's first birthday coming on the 22nd. Finally, on the last day of June is Marie and my wedding anniversary.
And this brings up a thought. Perhaps all of us might share our birthdays, etc. here or during our chat nights so that the occasions may be duly recognized.
