Re: Old Time Radio UK - DVD Sets Update

Kudo's to you Andy....I've heard alot of really good feedback
on your product...and a really fair price to boot!!!
And now you immediatly come forward to state that you will
no longer market that which could potentially compete with
the first little inkling of what we've all hoped to see...
Commercialy availible CC dvd's...your're a real asset to
the collectors community..and like Steve O..I to will look
forward to sampling some of your product, when funds permit..
Fortunatly I do have all the availible CC features..however
I am looking to upgrade certain episodes that I had to
Edit commercials from when recording many years ago...

Re: Re: Old Time Radio UK - DVD Sets Update

Thank you both for your kind comments. The intention of my website has always been to supply movies that are not commercially available to fans who would otherwise not be able to enjoy them.

I know it's been said many times before on this messageboard but;

PLEASE BUY THE OFFICIAL 'CHANTHOLOGY' DVD SET!!

As a fan, i'd love to see official DVDs of the remaining Chan movies. If MGM make money from this set, i'm sure more releases will follow.

Kind Regards, Andy.

Re: Re: Re: Old Time Radio UK - DVD Sets Update

Dear Andy,

Yours is a very noble gesture, indeed! Thank you, first, for making Charlie Chan movies available to fans for the most reasonable price possible, and, secondly, for your obvious honesty in not attempting to compete with a very welcomed commercial Charlie Chan release.

I would like to mention, if I may, that if fans want to obtain a copy of "MEETING AT MIDNIGHT" with the original "BLACK MAGIC" title card intact, that you, Andy, are the only source that I know of of such a print.

Again, "thank you so much," Andy, for your valued service and honesty...

Sincerely,
Rush Glick
