I just wanted everybody to know that my blog is back up, if not running at warp speed yet!

Our dear Mrs. Chan (Mother, aka Becky Truesdale) has let me post her beef stew recipe again, in case anybody missed it the first time.

With Rush's Virtual Halloween Party on Monday and the actual Halloween a week later, we thought that fixing a stew ahead of time would make Trick or Treating easier and more fun for everybody that way!
