First, I would like to say "thank you so much" to Steve Rhodes for making our 5th Annual Melbourne Cup Celebration the fun evening that it was!

Next, the winning horse for this year's race was Makybe Diva who made history today, becoming the only horse in the long history of this famous race to win it twice in a row. Also, this marks the first time that Yours Truly held the "winning ticket."

Thank you to everyone who took part in this annual event, especially first-timer Steve Huran, and, again, very special thanks to Steve Rhodes for taking a couple of hours away from building his dream home to be with us.
