And, by the way, everybody stay safe and warm as well as have a very Merry Christmas since so much of the country may be getting some COLD weather between now and Dec. 25th!

Cold Weather? Tell me about it! We're suffering through 40 degrees in the morning and only a high of 75 with lots of sunshine. Pretty brutal for Mesa, AZ
