This isn't Chan related, but since I've gotten some question in the Monday night chats about commercial releases of the Thin Man series, I thought this would be of interest to some.
In Robert Harris's latest column on the Digital Bits website, he mentions that the long awaited "Thin Man" collection is slated for mid summer release (probably August since the Noir box is in July). Along with the films, a bonus disc will be included.
Based on past history, I'm guessing this set can be had for $35-$40,
Man, I've been trying to collect this series on and off from television. One minute I'm interested and then the next I'm not. I'd say if it comes out and I find money in the seat cushions...
Thank you for this bit of Thin Man news. Something definitely to be anxiously awaited! Some "good news," even if not strictly Chan-related, is welcomed...
