The Trap - walk-on during opening credits

Even after doing a frame by frame analysis of the opening credits I still don't see the man walking in front of the camera.

I believe that perhaps this "blooper" may have been edited out of the 16mm print that was used to produce my DVD. There is a spot during the presentation of the "technical" credits where it looks like there may have been a frame or two snipped out (the image "jumps" a bit).

It's too bad that whoever edited this out didn't hit the mute button on some of the screams also

Thanks everyone for a wonderful chat this evening.

Steve

Re: The Trap - walk-on during opening credits

Dear Steve,

Where you see the "skip" during the technical credits at the beginning of "The Trap" is certainly where the "intruder" was removed. On my copy, he is only there for a literal blink of the eye. I would be interested to know if the music on your copy also sounds like there is a small piece missing at thar point.

If anyone has a copy of "The Trap," I would be interested to find out if theirs is just as your copy is, Steve. The copy I viewed last night is from the DVD I received from old Time radio, UK. I should take a look nat my VHS version and see if that has the person walking in front of the stationary camera.

Sincerely,
Rush

D'OH!! Now I wish I didn't hate credits so much. I got my copy off the televison probably about 4 or 5 years ago. I always edited out the credits because they take up too much time to get to the movie.

Had a great time last night!!
