Tonight's Monday evening Chat/Film Viewing: "CHARLIE CHAN IN RENO"
Please join us tonight as our Chat/Film Viewing will feature “Charlie Chan in Reno,” starring Sidney Toler in just his second appearance as Charlie Chan. In this film, Chan flies to the mainland to help clear the estranged wife of a good friend of a murder charge, in a case that appears, at first glance, to be “open and shut.”
As always, we begin at 8:00 p.m., EASTERN time with arrivals and greetings. Then, thirty minutes later, we begin running our personal copies of this very fine film, thus allowing us to watch it together as our evening’s discussion progresses.
