I tried, but I just can't get on. Everytime I try, I get this message:

As much as I try, I just can't get into the chatroom...

Try going to this URL first to enter the chat room. It is slightly different than the one you mentioned:

http://charliechanfamily.tripod.com/id17.html

This is how I get in. I had a problem very similar to yours awhile back and with the help of the ParaChat help desk was able to figure out the above.
