I've never seen a repro of this film on the market. That doesn't mean it doesn't exist though.
I've got a number of Chan/Holmes 11x17 repros from a company called popcorn posters. Very high quality although a bit pricey (I bought them on sale for $10 or $11 apiece).

You might also check www.moviegoods.com They sell some Chan repros that are full size (27x40). I haven't seen TI there though.
