Please join us tonight as our Chat/Film Viewing will feature “The Black Camel” starring Warner Oland in his second appearance as Charlie Chan, In this GREAT early entry to the Chan series, Charlie Chan works to solve the murder of movie star Shelah Fane, who was killed in her Waikiki beach house. Also in this film, we see Bela Lugosi, as the mysterious Tarneverro.
We begin, as usual, at 8:00 p.m., EASTERN time with arrivals and greetings. Then, thirty minutes later, we begin running our personal copies of this very fine film, which allows us to watch it together as our evening’s discussion progresses.
