Our Monday Evening Chat/ Film Viewing: "Charlie Chan's Murder Cruise"
As we commemorate the fifth year since 9/11, a day which is now referred to as Patriot Day, let’s all resolve to never forget that day as well as what we as a nation still face today.
On a much lighter note, please join us for our Monday Evening Chat and Film Viewing which will feature “Charlie Chan’s Murder Cruise,” starring Sidney Toler. In this film, Charlie Chan and Number Two Son, Jimmy work to solve the mystery to the identity of a ruthless killer before the ship they are aboard with an around-the-world tour group reaches San Francisco!
We begin, as usual, at 8:00 p.m., EASTERN time with arrivals and greetings. Then, thirty minutes later, we begin running our personal copies of this very fine film, which allows us to watch it together as our evening’s discussion progresses.
