Tonight's Chat/Film Viewing: "Charlie Chan at the Opera" (8PM, EST)
Please join us for our Monday Evening Chat and Film Viewing “Charlie Chan at the Opera,” starring Warner Oland with Keye Luke…and Boris Karloff. In this adventure, Chan and Son work to assist the Los Angeles police to capture a ruthless murderer who is terrorizing an opera house. This is our third installment of our month-long celebration of the release of 20th Century-Fox’ “Charlie Chan Collection, Volume 2” DVD set.
We begin, as usual, at 8:00 p.m., EASTERN time with arrivals and greetings. Then, thirty minutes later, we begin running our personal copies of this very fine film, which allows us to watch it together as our evening’s discussion progresses.
