Way back in June of 2003 we had the following poll question and results:
Of the six Roland Winters films, which is your favorite?
The Golden Eye 20.0%
The Shanghai Chest 20.0%
Docks of New Orleans 18.2%
The Feathered Serpent 16.4%
The Chinese Ring 14.5%
The Sky Dragon 10.9%
Of the six Charlie Chan films that Roland Winters made, my personal favorite is probably "Docks of New Orleans." As you can tell from the poll results above, there was no clear "winner." Perhaps another poll on these films is in order?
My personal favorite is "Sky Dragon" because it is a standard murder mystery. I also like "Feathered Serpent" because it features both Chan sons and "Golden Eye" because of the setting.
And... darn, I guess I didn't help matters. I like them all!!
