Our Monday Evening Chat/Film Viewing: "Charlie Chan at the Wax Museum"

Our Halloween Edition of our Monday Evening Chat and Film Viewing will feature “Charlie Chan at the Wax Museum,” starring Sidney Toler as we wrap up our journey through a month of “spooky” Charlie Chan movies! Murders and hidden identities tax the detective prowess of Charlie Chan and son, Jimmy at Dr. Cream’s Crime Museum. Who is behind all of this, and can the killer be stopped before Chan himself falls victim?

This evening will also be our Annual Charlie Chan Family Virtual Halloween Party! Please come as your favorite hero or villain or other from a Charlie Chan movie. You may come completely incognito, or you may offer a “hint” as to your true identity. This is always our most fun evening of the year, so come prepared for a good time! Our Ghostess with the Mostess, Virginia, pulls out all the stops offering everything from “Slimy Sarsaparilla” to “Eyeball Highballs” at her virtual beverage cart. Everyone is welcome to bring along their favorite array of ghoulish delights to share with victims – I mean, GUESTS…

We begin, as usual, at 8:00 p.m., EASTERN time with arrivals and greetings and a trip to Virginia’s virtual beverage cart. Then, thirty minutes later, we begin running our personal copies of this very worthy film, which allows us to watch it together as our evening’s discussion progresses.

Our Chat Room is located RIGHT HERE at our Charlie Chan Family Home. Please use any of the “Chat Room” links to join us.

Even if you do not happen to have a copy of our featured movie, please do join us, as you will NOT be left out of our ongoing chat and festivities. Also, as is our custom, newcomers are offered the seat of honor at our humble table.

Let’s get together for another fun, yet frightful, evening as we watch “Charlie Chan at the Wax Museum”…

Sincerely,
Rush Glick
