I bought Chanthology and Volume 2 last week. My wife thought I was crazy, but we drove all over the place trying to find them.
I couldn't resist it this week, so while ordering Volume 4 (I wasn't driving again), I decided, "what the heck" and bought Volumes 1 and 3 too. My wife wasn't too happy, lol.
Hopefully that will keep me up-to-date with the Monday night screenings here. If not, I'll have a lot of explaining to do to my wife, lol!
I'm so glad I found this wonderful group of people to chat with and watch Chan with on Monday's.
I remember as a child, watching Charlie on "UHF" on Saturday's and being addicted to the movies. I also remember calling my father "Pop" for the rest of the day. Oh, the memories that are brought back.

Maybe you can get your honorable wife to one of our Monday Night Chats. . . . Maybe she'd like my grandfather's recipe from our virtual beverage cart . . . . It calls for (to quote my mother) more rum than you need?!
Your purchases will certainly keep you pretty "up to date" with regard to our Chat films. You will have a little more than half of the available Charlie Chan movies, and, if you receive "Volume 4" by our first Chat in March, you will have ALL of the movies that we will be seeing that month.
Hopefully, the rest (or most of the rest!) of the Monograms will be released in the fairly near future, and, it appears rather certain that Fox will be packaging the rest of their Chans for release.
