Sorry for the belated Birthday wish, but hope you had a VERY Happy-Happy Birthday. I can only imagine how "painful" your Birthday gift must have been this year (lol), but I'm sure in the long run, it was the best gift you ever recieved!

And turning 29 (ahem, again!) was easier since my losing weight and doing all those fitness excersices helped!! I am slowly getting to where I can (carefully) take a few steps without my walker.
