Tonight's Chat/Film Viewing: "Charlie Chan on Broadway"
Please join us for our Monday Evening Chat and Film Viewing as we gather together to watch and discuss “Charlie Chan on Broadway,” starring Warner Oland. Presumably returning from the Olympics and Europe, Charlie Chan and son, Lee, arrive in New York City. Even before their arrival, they find themselves caught up in dangerous events that will have grave implications for many who inhabit the Great White Way.
We begin, as usual, at 8:00 p.m., Eastern Time with arrivals and greetings and a trip to Virginia’s virtual beverage cart. Then, thirty minutes later, we begin running our personal copies of this very worthy film, which allows us to watch it together as our evening’s discussion progresses.
