Please consider joining us for our Monday Evening Chat and Film Viewing as we watch and discuss “The Chinese Cat,” starring Sidney Toler, as we continue our chronological journey through the Charlie Chan series. In this, the second of Charlie Chan’s adventures as chronicled by Monogram Pictures, Mr. Chan, Number Three Son, Tommy, and Birmingham Brown follow the twisting trail that leads to a ruthless gang of diamond smugglers!
We begin, as usual, at 8:00 p.m., Eastern Time with arrivals and greetings and a trip to Virginia’s virtual beverage cart. Then, thirty minutes later, we begin running our personal copies of this very worthy film, which allows us to watch it together as our evening’s discussion progresses.
