Well after a couple of weeks of trying to figure out why Java wasn't working on my new laptop computer, and thus not being able to join you all on Monday nights, I decided to try the "Geek Squad" for some help.
It appears the newer versions of Internet Explorer (7/8?) have some security features that were preventing Java from working on my new computer. They never did figure out the exact problem, but suggested I use Mozilla Firefox for my browser/access to the internet. They downloaded it (free) and everything works fine now!
I'm back, baby and I'm looking forward to seeing you all again on Monday night, when we start watching Charlie Chan in order again!
Welcome back! As Virginia notes, you will be returning for the oldest existing film from the Charlie Chan series, "The Black Camel" (My personal favorite!). I look forward to seeing you there, although my psrticipation that night will be very limited, as I will be alone with our two little daughters that night.
