Tonight, please plan on joining with us for our Monday Evening Chat/Film Viewing as we watch “Charlie Chan’s Murder Cruise,” starring Sidney Toler. What is the identity of the murderer who is eliminating the members of a round the world tour group, one by one? This case Charlie Chan takes very personally! Our film was a “remake” of the first entry in the Chan series, “Charlie Chan Carries On.” What are the similarities and the differences between these two movies? Let’s share our thoughts on this and MORE tonight.
We begin, as usual, at 8:00 p.m., Eastern Time with arrivals and greetings and a trip to Virginia’s virtual beverage cart. Then, thirty minutes later, we begin running our personal copies of this very worthy film, which allows us to watch it together as our evening’s discussion progresses.
